Are you looking to improve your health and get fit? Discover lifelong cardiac health
with our outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation programs.

Cardiac rehabilitation can be a valuable tool to improve your health and quality of life whether you have had a cardiac event or have risk factors for heart disease. Our cardiac rehab programs can help strengthen your heart after a cardiac event, heart surgery, angioplasty or a diagnosis of coronary artery disease or it can be preventative in nature to help reduce your risk for heart disease.

Our Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab programs are the only programs of their kind in Harford County. They provide a medically supervised exercise and education program designed to improve your heart health-whether it's recovering from a heart attack bypass surgery, or angioplasty or just reducing your risk of having cardiovascular disease.

The following links will provide more detail on the different phases of our programs and can help you and your doctor determine which program is right for you.
