Heart Club is a free support group for individuals who are interested in learning more about heart disease and how to live a healthy lifestyle. The Heart Club meets on a monthly basis on the Upper Chesapeake Medical Campus.

Community Education

  • Education programs on topics related to cardiovascular disease prevention.
  • HealthLink Screenings and Programs
  • Blood pressure and cholesterol screenings are offered throughout the community on a regular basis
  • Smoking cessation classes are offered through the Harford County Health Department
