About Healthlink

HealthLink, a division of the Community Outreach Department of University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health (UM UCH), is proud to offer health screenings and education programs to the communities of Harford and Cecil counties.  HealthLink was born out of UM UCH's vision to create the healthiest community in Maryland. Through HealthLink, UM UCH offers a variety of health programs that are either free of charge or have a nominal fee.

HealthLink Medical Mobile Van
Health screenings, educational programs, and clinics are provided in the van at locations throughout the county.

Flu Vaccinations
Clinics are scheduled at a variety of locations throughout Harford and Cecil Counties.

A Primary Care Clinic for adults age 19 and above who are uninsured or under-insured. The participants must meet the designated financial income criteria. The Clinic accepts patients with PAC and Medical Assistance. Clinics are held at various locations throughout the county in the HealthLink Medical Mobile Van and at the Swan Creek Village location.

Community Resource Libraries
A free health information lending library for adults and children with two locations: University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center (UM UCMC) in Bel Air and University of Maryland Harford Memorial Hospital (UM HMH) in Havre de Grace.

Car Seat Safety Checks
Appointments are available twice a month to have infant, child, and booster car seats checked to ensure proper installation in vehicles.

Dining with Docs
