HealthLink, a division of the
Community Outreach Department of Upper Chesapeake Health, is proud to
offer health screenings and education programs to the communities of
Harford and Cecil counties. HealthLink was born out of
Upper Chesapeake Health's vision to create the healthiest community in
Maryland. Through HealthLink, Upper Chesapeake health offers
a variety of health programs that are either free of charge or have a
nominal fee.

HealthLink Medical Mobile Van
Health screenings, educational programs, and
clinics are provided in the van at locations throughout the county.
Flu Vaccinations
Clinics
are scheduled at a variety of locations throughout Harford and Cecil
Counties.
A Free Primary Care Clinic for adults
age 19 and above who are uninsured or under-insured. The participants
must meet the designated financial income criteria. Clinics are held
at various locations throughout the county in the HealthLink Medical
Mobile Van and at the Swan Creek Village location.
Community Resource Libraries
A free health information lending library for adults and children with
two locations: Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air and Harford
Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace.
Car Seat Safety Checks
Appointments are available twice a month to have infant, child, and booster
car seats checked and installed properly in vehicles.
SeniorLink
A coordinated program designed specifically to promote health and wellness
to adults 55 and over, including screenings, seminars and health information.

Community Wellness Center
The Center is open on specific days of the week to provide health screenings
and individual health education to the community at the Swan Creek Village
locations in Havre de Grace.
Dining with Docs
A dinner and stimulating lecture with a question and answer session with
an Upper Chesapeake physician on a selected health topic. If you would
