It is our pleasure to offer our patients and visitors the availability of Concierge Services in the main lobby of the Ambulatory Care. These team members are specially trained and experienced in providing an atmosphere of safety, courtesy, and efficiency. The Concierge works under the oversight of the Guest Services Department, which is another resource available to our patients and visitors. Services offered by the Concierge include:

• Greeting and welcoming our patients and families;
• "Way Finding" by directing patients and visitors to their destination;
• Assisting patients and visitors with obtaining wheelchairs;
• Assisting patients and visitors with shuffle service between buildings and to and from their vehicles;
• Arranging for transportation needs, i.e. taxicabs, assistance with the Bel Air Town-Go-Round bus, County bus transportation, etc;
• Providing general information concerning Upper Chesapeake Health, its facilities and services.
